Happy Hour - White Wine Sangria

This looks too good to not try before the weather turns cooler here (Brisbane),
I'm a huge fan of the traditional sangria so I'm sure this version will go down a treat. 
What you need:   2/3 cup of Cointreau,  1/4 cup caster sugar
2 bottles of dry white wine,  1/2 granny smith apple, quartered, cored & sliced,
handful of  cut small watermelon plus small cut pineapple,  ice.
