She makes a mean salad

I just finished drooling over photos of salads lovingly put together by Louise Table Tonic
I'm a huge fan of the salad and they all look positively delish, you can check them out here

    And now the season has turned, isn't it lovely to have these kinds of salads? Our almost daily salad in winter is pear, rocket, macadamia & parmesan. Which I adore. But it is nice to sneak in some mango & watermelon now suddenly too.
